How to order?
HOW TO ORDER?
All the products which are listed on this web-site You can order:
1) via our web-site adding the appropriate product to the Shopping Cart. The order will be processed automatically.
2) via e-mail info@birma.lv
3) via telephone +(371) 20 238 238.
PAYMENTS
All the prices are displayed in Latvian Lats (LVL) including VAT.
Delivery costs are not included in price of products.
You can pay for the goods using:
1) cash, when courier will deliver Your order;
2) bank transfer. When money will be received on our bank account, the order will be safely sent to You.
THE RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You can return the products within 14 days from the day of receiving the order. It is recommended to mention the reason.
You cannot return the order, if:
- the product is perishable;
- the expire date is over.
The returned products must not be used.
The products should be sent back by post in the original packaging with all necessary stickers and instructions.
RETURNING MONEY TO THE CUSTOMER
Delivery costs are not returned.
The money for the goods is returned to the customer within 30 days from the day when products are received back in stock. The money will be sent to customer`s bank account which is mentioned on the Product Returning Sheet (which is part of the invoice). |
